Returns and exchanges

Kindly note the following policy.  No exceptions will be made.

• Returns and exchanges are allowed within 15 calendar days of receipt date.
• Credit vouchers will be issued for returns, no cash returns. Vouchers are valid for three months from date of issue.
• Customer must present the unwanted item physically to the boutique in its original, unopened condition with all original tags ATTACHED for inspection before a credit voucher is issued. We unfortunately cannot provide a return delivery service. The original receipt must be included for processing.  Items that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted.
• Exchanged goods can be exchanged for items of equal value and no value difference will be refunded.
• Dated or seasonal items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Delivery charges are not refundable under any circumstance.
