All orders placed before 7pm local Bahrain time will be processed and delivered on the next working day. (Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered on Saturday unless it falls on a public holiday).
Orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the next working day and delivered within 48 hours.
Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery times as we outsource our delivery service.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the item on the day of delivery as we are not responsible for items once they leave the boutique, and any additional delivery attempt will be charged as an additional delivery.
Delivery is currently available in Bahrain only. We hope to expand this in the future.
Delivery charge is BD 2.200 for all areas in Bahrain except Durrah, which is BD 5.500. If the delivery is for Durrah, we will call you to process the additional delivery fee before we accept the order. If we cannot reach you within 24 hours we will cancel the order.
We inspect all items before they are dispatched to ensure their condition and once the item leaves the boutique we accept no responsibility.
Should there be an expected delay in dispatching your order we will contact you via the preferred contact method specified in your order.
Pick-up
If you select pick-up at checkout, we will prepare your order for next day pick-up.
Please check the status of your order and arrange for pick up only after you see that it is marked “Completed”.
Pick up will be during working hours only; kindly check our timings before you pick up.
