Cut out design and remove clear top film.  Press tattoo face down on clean dry skin. Cover with a wet cloth or sponge and hold for 30 seconds. Carefully peel off paper backing and let dry.

To remove, wipe with baby oil or rubbing alcohol and cotton ball. Do not use around the eye area or on broken, abraded or sensitive skin.
